Founders' Day

For the 26th year, we commemorate the first day of classes at CLS. On September 10th, 1984, the first 10 students met with the founding faculty to begin their formation as servants for Jesus' sake, at Concordia Lutheran Seminary. Every year since that day, we have gathered during the chapel service (9:50 - 10:20) to give thanks for the blessing of this seminary and those who had the wisdom to establish this institution many years ago. This year's guest preacher will be Rev. Dr. Edwin Lehman.
